
VENDOR - Fall Festival at Solano Christian Academy
OCTOBER 18TH 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM SOLANO CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, 2200 FAIRFIELD AVE, FAIRFIELD
Our Annual Fall Event is just around the corner. There will be Games for the Kids, Speakers, Live Entertainment, and WE ARE LOOKING FOR VENDORS OF DELICIOUS FOODS, ARTS & CRAFTS, RETAIL ITEMS, SERVICES, AND NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
This is a COMMUNITY EVENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
Please complete the application form. Vendor Donations are:
$75.00 Flat Rate for Retail, Food (both packaged and cooked to order), Services
Free for Non Profits - Offering Information, Services, Free Non-Perishable Food or Free Clothing
Vendors are responsible for City License/and or County food permit(s) based upon the service or product(s) offered. Your completion of this application, DOES NOT guarantee that you have been approved as a vendor. You will receive a notification of your approval via phone and/or email. You will be invoiced for payment which will be required within 48 hours of approval.
The $30.00 application fee will be applied to your account upon approval. The application fee is non-refundable.
We ask that you have your space set up no later than 10:30 AM and take down no earlier than 3:00 PM. You will be able to drive-up to your space for both set up and take down, but must park either in designated parking or on the street during the event.
